Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of leadership competencies.
• Maintain classroom information on online learning modules; ensure accuracy.
• Deliver training with job aids and prepare training materials.
• Engage associates through various training methods (classroom, on-the-floor, web-based).
• Implement daily training for SOPs and operational processes.
• Provide daily training on collection techniques for operations units.
• Train on use of systems such as Meditech and CUBS.
• Collaborate to develop training resources and programs.
• Set up testing times, administer tests, and assist with questions.
• Ensure HIPAA training compliance.
