Job summary

Paycom in Sherman Oaks, CA is seeking a Clinical Trainer & Development Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery. This hands-on role also owns the organization’s training function, including CPR/First Aid and QBS Safety-Care certifications.

Responsibilities include developing material, tracking training, and collaborating with HR leadership to close gaps and improve workforce performance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in training, learning and development, human resources, behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs in a regulated environment.
• Certified CPR/First Aid Instructor or ability to obtain certification within the timeframe established by the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, standardize, and deliver onboarding, compliance, safety, and leadership training.
• Facilitate training in classroom, virtual, and field environments with engaging content.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Lead CPR/First Aid and QBS Safety-Care certification programs and recertifications.
