Job summary

Paycom is seeking an Operations Trainer to gather feedback from WFM Leadership, PMs and PSRs, develop and deliver training for new hires and ongoing staff, and perform quality audits to ensure competency and policy adherence. The role collaborates with PMs for updates and schedules, providing hands-on classroom and clinic training in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (associate or bachelor preferred), 2 years in training facilitation and curriculum

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate information from leadership, PMs and PSRs on training processes to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Deliver approved training curriculum for new hires.
• Deliver continuing education curriculum and follow-up training.
• Perform quality audits for new hires and competency observations.
• Ensure new hires are aware of policies and procedures.
• Communicate training needs to Operations Training Manager and assist with updates.
• Provide Hands-On training in classroom and clinic settings.
• Document progress of training statuses and communicate outcomes for evaluation.
