Job summary

Sky Zone in Oakdale, MN is seeking a proactive Team Lead to support operations, guest experiences, and events. You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when leaders are away.

This hands-on role develops leadership, coaching, and operational excellence on a fast-paced floor. You’ll drive guest engagement, membership sales, and ensure safety and cleanliness while coordinating across park departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office/Teams.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present to ensure safety and operations.
• Lead on-floor teams across all departments to meet guest needs.
• Drive membership and program sales through guest engagement.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and park cleanliness.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to support operations.
• Oversee parties, events, and upsell opportunities.
