Job summary

Sky Zone in Houston seeks a Team Lead to manage daily operations and lead from the floor. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, coaching staff and ensuring top-tier guest experiences.

You will step in as MOD when managers are away, drive membership sales, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the park. This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role demanding reliability and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using Teams and learning new platforms.
• Available for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not on site, ensuring safety and operations.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members across departments.
• Step into programs, café, front desk, events as needed to maintain flow.
• Communicate guest issues and safety concerns to the management team.
• Drive guest experience, sales via memberships, and park offerings.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports when needed.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed and park remains clean.
