Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to join our Operations team. You will oversee Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when leaders aren’t on-site.

You’ll coach team members, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain a safe, high-energy park environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and comfort with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems; comfortable learning new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and set the tone for the team to ensure park runs smoothly.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present and coordinate operations.
• Drive membership and program sales and promote park offerings to guests and groups.
• Oversee Parties & Events, Front Desk, Café, and Facilities to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
