Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to join our Operations team in Oakdale, MN. This hands-on role rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, acting as Manager on Duty when leaders are away and guiding a fast-paced park shift.

You will coach team members, drive guest satisfaction, handle safety and compliance, and develop leadership skills for future advancement in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability.
• Provide proactive, on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across all departments.
• Step into any operational area as needed to maintain seamless guest experiences and operational flow.
