Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative support, sales support, customer service, or order processing experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and work in MCS software, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders for accuracy and coordinate with internal teams to resolve pricing, documentation, or order issues.
• Submit and process purchase orders, promotions, new item paperwork, and customer portal updates.
• Communicate with customers, clients, sales staff, and internal departments to support service levels and resolve issues.
• Prepare reports, track order status, identify missing orders, and provide data to the sales team.
