Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service, order processing, administrative, accounting clerk, or operations support experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, or order entry systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage paperwork accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders from receipt through internal coordination and documentation.
• Support accounting-related tasks including invoicing coordination and purchase order creation.
• Communicate regularly with customers, accounting, inventory, and other internal departments.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, spreadsheets, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with regulatory compliance paperwork in a manufacturing environment.
• Support export and import paperwork as needed, with training provided.
