Qualifications

• 1–2 years in order entry or processing.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage full order lifecycle and respond to customer inquiries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter a high volume of purchase orders into the ERP system accurately and efficiently.
• Manage the full order management lifecycle, including changes, adjustments, cancellations, credits and return authorizations.
• Provide customers with pricing, availability, and lead time information within guidelines.
• Support domestic and international accounts while maintaining clear communication.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quotations, Sales, Shipping and Logistics to support satisfaction and fulfillment.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly by identifying solutions and following up.
