Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to back up day-to-day store operations in Round Rock, TX. The role focuses on inventory processing, stockroom organization, and aiding on the sales floor to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries, RFID scans, replenishment, and store transfers, while maintaining clean stock areas and assisting customers with transactions as needed.

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.

Summary

The Operations Support Associate supports the day-to-day operations of a retail store through inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor support. This primarily non-selling role may also include customer service and sales transactions as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID inventory scans, replenishment, and store transfers.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales floors and fitting rooms.
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and work around the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and cash-wrap.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
