Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help run day-to-day store operations in Gilroy, CA. You will assist with inventory processing, stockroom organization, replenishment, and basic customer interactions to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds while supporting front- and back-of-house needs. Previous retail stockroom experience is preferred, and weekend availability is required.

Summary

The Operations Support Associate supports day-to-day store operations, including inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor replenishment. This primarily non-selling role may also assist customers and support sales floor needs as business demands.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, tags, RFID scans, transfers, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales floors and fitting rooms.
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.Collaborate with team members and support front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel and build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and work throughout the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
