Job summary

Brobston Group in New Jersey is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help ensure smooth day-to-day retail store operations. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales floor replenishment, and customer service as business needs require.

You will process deliveries, assist customers on the sales floor, complete transactions, participate in visual merchandising, and collaborate with team members to support front- and back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house or similar experience in high-volume environment preferred.
• Effective communication and positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move throughout the store.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, potentially overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, RFID scans, transfers, and replenishment while keeping inventory organized.
• Assist sales team with stock checks and merchandise delivery, help customers on the floor.
• Process transactions and maintain clean sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Assist in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team and support front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds, and maneuver throughout the store.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
