Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to backfill day-to-day store operations, including inventory processing and stockroom organization. This role may be full-time or part-time depending on availability and business needs, and includes helping customers as needed on the sales floor.

The position emphasizes merchandise replenishment, front- and back-of-house support, and collaboration with team members to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the store and stockroom.

• Process freight, deliveries, tagging, and inventory scans; manage transfers and ship-to-home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales-floor inventory, complete replenishment, and support stock checks.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain clean, welcoming sales floors and fitting rooms.
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and support front- and back-of-house operations.

This primarily non-selling role may also assist customers and support sales-floor needs as business requires. The position may be full-time or part-time depending on availability and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process freight, deliveries, tagging, and inventory scans; manage transfers and ship-to-home orders.


• Maintain organized stockroom and sales-floor inventory, complete replenishment, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.


• Assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain clean, welcoming sales floors and fitting rooms.


• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.


• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and support front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.


• Effective communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.


• Ability to lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds, and to work around the sales floor, stockroom, dressing room, and office.


• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
