Job summary

Brobston Group is looking for an Operations Support Associate to help run daily store operations in a high-volume retail setting. This role emphasizes inventory processing, stockroom organization, and customer service, ensuring the shop is ready for customers.

You will handle deliveries, RFID scans, replenishment, and Ship to Home orders, while maintaining organized stock areas and assisting customers and staff with stock checks and merchandise delivery.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the store.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
