Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a team member to support day-to-day store operations in our Altoona, IA location. The role focuses on inventory processing, stockroom organization, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor while assisting customers and sales associates as needed.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries and RFID scans, maintaining stockroom and floor organization, helping customers, and supporting visual merchandising to uphold store presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-of-house or stockroom operations preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work flexibly, including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.
