Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate for our retail location to help daily operations run smoothly. The role focuses on inventory processing, stockroom organization, replenishment, customer service, and store presentation.

You will support the sales floor team, assist with transactions when needed, and help maintain clean, organized spaces. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house experience or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.

• Process freight, deliveries, merchandise tags, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and ship-to-home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales-floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers and sales-floor team members, process transactions, and maintain clean sales and fitting-room areas.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members, attend training, and support front- and back-of-house operations.
