Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including processing merchandise, maintaining inventory, and supporting the sales floor. This primarily non-selling role may also assist customers and process transactions as needed, while contributing to visual merchandising and maintaining welcoming store presentation.

You will work with a team across front- and back-of-house functions, with flexibility to cover varied shifts, including

Qualifications

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and work throughout the sales floor, stockroom, fitting room, and office.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and ship-to-home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers, support sales transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales areas and fitting rooms.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support front- and back-of-house operations.
