Job summary

Brobston Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help ensure smooth day-to-day store operations through inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales-floor support. This primarily non-selling role may also assist customers and support sales transactions as business needs require.

You'll work to maintain organized stockrooms, assist with deliveries, and help keep the sales floor inviting and well-stocked, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings,

Qualifications

• Back-of-house experience or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Be able to lift or climb as needed and maneuver throughout the store.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.

• Process deliveries, freight, tags, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales-floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
