Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help keep store operations running smoothly. The role covers inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales floor support, and customer service, with potential involvement in sales transactions and visual merchandising.

The position requires teamwork, strong communication, physical capability to lift and move merchandise, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and some overnight shifts as business needs require.

• Support visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team and assist with front- and back-of-house operations.

Summary

The Operations Support Associate helps keep retail store operations running smoothly, with responsibilities across inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales floor support, and customer service. This primarily non-selling role adapts to changing business needs and may also assist with sales transactions and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Process freight, deliveries, merchandise tags, RFID scans, replenishment, and transfers according to company guidelines.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers, process sales and returns, and maintain clean, welcoming sales and fitting room areas.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and work around the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts as business needs require.
