Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help run daily store operations in Dawsonville, GA. This primarily non-selling role focuses on inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor replenishment while delivering friendly customer service.

You will process freight, inspect deliveries with RFID tagging, manage ship-to-home orders and store transfers, and assist Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a back-of-house or similar high-volume environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds and work in a fast-paced store setting.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to maneuver throughout the store, lift or climb up to 30 pounds, and work around chemicals.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts; travel may be required.
