Job summary

Brobston Group in Miami seeks an Operations Support Associate to help maintain efficient day-to-day store operations. The role focuses on inventory processing, stockroom organization, and supporting sales floor operations without being the primary seller.

You will process deliveries and RFID scans, assist customers, and help with merchandising, front- and back-of-house tasks. Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales and fitting room areas.
• Support visual merchandising, store standards, team training, and front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house experience or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
