Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain mgmt, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight, imports/exports.
• Willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage‑free, safe loading/unloading on shifts.
• Maintain load plan and ensure load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks to workers according to unloading/loading schedules.
• Coordinate work assignments and monitor performances.
• Provide training, performance feedback, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Provide a clean, safe working environment for all personnel and customers.
• Foster safe handling, loading, unloading, and storage of hazardous materials.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a high‑intensity environment.
• Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals.

• Other duties and projects, as assigned.
