Job summary

ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking candidates for the Management Training Program to become Operations Supervisors. You will rotate through service centers nationwide, learning front-line operations, safety, and transportation procedures.

The 20-week program requires relocation and placement at one of our 240+ facilities across the continental United States. After training, you’ll transition into an Operations Supervisor role with opportunities for advancement, including exposure to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to relocate to service centers as part of training and role placement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate loading/unloading operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain load plans and balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and proper handling of hazardous materials.
