Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead Enrollment and Billing Operations for the Massachusetts Connector program. You will direct member transaction processing, service requests, and ensure compliance with regulations and SLAs.

You will recruit, develop, and supervise Enrollment and Billing Operations Specialists, coach staff, monitor performance, and report on weekly metrics to the client. The role emphasizes accountability, customer service, and a culture of performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience leading operations or customer service teams
• Background in billing or processing financial transactions and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assign day-to-day work items and monitor SLA adherence
• Lead and coach direct reports, providing coaching and training
• Escalate and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports for the client
