Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks a Business Operations Lead to design, implement, and track operational performance against company goals. You will lead process improvements, prepare presentations for SLT/ELT, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.

You will develop metrics, manage risk practices, and drive reporting capabilities while representing Operations in key forums and delivering timely insights for board meetings and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in consulting/business analyst/project management role.
• Proven track record of effectively planning and assisting strategic and operational initiatives.
• Advanced presentation and Microsoft Suite capabilities.
• Ability to collect and interpret data from various sources.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, implementation, tracking and reporting for operations and business plans against agreed company goals and objectives.
• Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, understanding the underlying drivers, creating a regular cadence for reporting, and identifying and leading initiatives to enhance management reporting capabilities.
• Manage the implementation and oversight of effective risk management practices in line with the company’s risk management framework ensuring timely identification and remediation of key operational risks
• Identify areas for process and lean improvements, and gain buy-in from management & stakeholders to implement these changes
• Communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels inc. employees, SLT and ELT and represent Operations when required to in key forums.
