Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Business Operations Lead in Boise, Idaho to design, implement, and track operations performance against company goals. You will present to SLT/ELT and support strategic projects and quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management.
• Proven ability to plan and support strategic and operational initiatives.
• Strong presentation skills and advanced MS Office capabilities.
• Ability to collect and interpret data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, track, and report operations performance against goals.
• Develop metrics and regular reporting cadence to reveal drivers and improvements.
• Oversee risk management practices per the company framework and remediate risks.
• Identify and lead lean process improvements with stakeholder buy-in.
• Communicate with SLT/ELT and represent Operations in key forums.
• Prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews, Board meetings, and ad-hoc projects.
