Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and ability to leverage data for insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software systems.
• Experience with year-end performance management processes and driving engagement.
• Experience in the tech industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner and advisor to operations leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Coach and develop leadership capabilities, provide actionable feedback and support growth.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent for operations.
• Assist with year-end performance management, goal setting and evaluations.
• Identify organizational development needs and implement leadership training and succession planning.
• Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change and effective communication.
• Utilize metrics and analytics to inform talent utilization, turnover, and engagement decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and develop HR policies and programs.
• Champion culture and engagement initiatives tailored to sales personnel.
