Qualifications

4+ years experience in consulting/business analyst/project management role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to collect and interpret data from various sources.

Responsibilities

Manage the design, implementation, tracking and reporting for operations and business plans against goals.
Develop metrics for process measurement and regular reporting, and lead initiatives to enhance management reporting.
Identify areas for lean improvements and gain buy-in to implement changes.
Communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels including SLT and ELT and represent Operations in key forums.
Prepare presentations and management briefings for internal and external meetings including Board meetings.
Execute special and ad-hoc projects to address strategic priorities.
