Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years experience in consulting/business analyst/project management.
• Proven track record of planning and leading strategic initiatives.
• Advanced presentation and MS Office capabilities.
• Ability to collect and interpret data; Power BI/SQL skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, implementation, tracking and reporting for operations and business plans against goals.
• Develop metrics for process measurement and regular reporting cadence.
• Oversee risk management practices per the risk framework with timely remediation.
• Identify areas for lean improvements and gain buy-in for changes.
• Communicate with stakeholders across levels and represent Operations in forums.
• Prepare presentations and materials for internal/external meetings and boards.
• Execute special and ad-hoc projects aligning with strategic priorities.
