Nelnet is seeking an organized Operations Analyst and Project Lead to plan, monitor, and execute programs while guiding new clients through onboarding and training. The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and Excel proficiency to track metrics and onboarding data.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 2 years of relevant experience, including familiarity with FACTS systems and CRM tools.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to serve as our Operations Analyst and Project Lead. In this blended role, you will manage organizational programs while also overseeing the onboarding of new clients. You will plan and execute key initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure programs meet their goals. Simultaneously, you will guide new clients through orientation and training, ensuring they have a smooth introduction to our services. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for tracking program metrics and client onboarding data.
Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
**Pay range for this role is - $50,000 - $52,000
