Vero Networks seeks an Operations & Financial Analyst to bridge daily operations with financial clarity. You will translate network rollouts, ticket volumes, and route miles into actionable insights for leadership, driving data integrity and cross-functional collaboration.

You will excel in Excel, support executive dashboards, and contribute to the CRM data governance program, enabling proactive decision-making across departments. Remote-friendly with a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, business operations, variance analysis, reporting, or budgeting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel: complex formulas, financial modeling, data reconciliation, and scenario analysis; PowerPoint for executive decks; CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operational & Network Reporting: develop and maintain recurring client- and nationwide reports, tracking key metrics for improvements.
• Cost analysis of operations: analyze pass-through costs, ticket trends, and network expenses to identify savings.
• Validate metrics: monitor route miles, bookings margins, net sales, installs, disconnects.
• Recovery management: track internal/external recovery efforts and financial workflows related to outages.
