Job summary

Goldfish Swim School Sarpy County is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, pool operations, cash management, customer service, and party operations.

You will train and supervise aquatics and private party staff, implement safety procedures, manage scheduling, and work with the General Manager to drive performance while maintaining a fun, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years management experience preferred.
• Must have Lifeguard, CPR/AED and first aid certifications.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations to ensure SOPs are followed.
• Assists General Manager with daily tasks.
• Manages staff to ensure productivity and satisfaction.
• Trains aquatics department to provide quality swim instruction.
• Provides sales and customer service guidance across departments.
• Ensures safety procedures and Emergency Action Plan are followed.
