Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a full-time operations leader to oversee daily school operations, staffing, pool and customer service, and private party coordination. You will report to the Regional Manager and guide a team to deliver high-quality training and a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a relevant degree preferred, lifeguard/CPR certifications, and 3–5 years of management experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with children.
• Teach 1 lesson per week in the pool.
• Able to swim 50 yards in a four-foot pool.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to meet GSS SOPs.
• Manage staff to ensure productivity and satisfaction.
• Train staff to provide superior swim instruction and customer service.
• Provide sales and marketing training to staff.
• Oversee retail and vending departments to ensure proper pricing.
• Train and oversee private party staff per GSS standards.
• Maintain knowledge of pool operations and safety procedures.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll.
