Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a leadership-level manager to oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure high-quality swim instruction and customer service. The role emphasizes creating a fun, engaging culture while maintaining safety and efficiency across the school.

You will onboard new team members, provide sales and marketing training, and develop staff for internal growth while upholding Goldfish standards and operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Two+ years management experience required.
• High energy and ability to create positive environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solver who can support all school functions.
• Passionate about working with children of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to meet Goldfish Swim School SOPs.
• Manage staff to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Onboard and train new staff for superior swim instruction and customer service.
• Provide sales and marketing training to staff.
• Learn and use software for booking, scheduling, reporting, and admin tasks.
• Support pool operations to maintain safe, sanitary swim environment.
• Develop employees from within through coaching and mentorship.
• Implement and train on Emergency Action Plan and safety procedures.
