Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Two or more years management experience preferred.
• Experience as a certified lifeguard or childcare provider required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the swim school.
• Manages staff for excellent performance and satisfaction.
• Trains aquatics department for superior swim instruction.
• Provides sales and marketing training to staff.
• Maintains safety procedures and emergency action plans.
