Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of operations experience leading teams.
• Preferred degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• On-call readiness for 24/7 operations.
• Strong ability to supervise and make quality business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activity of the Operations Supervisor to ensure shift efficiency.
• Drive special projects and programs assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.
• Represent SOM in client meetings when required.
• Communicate clearly with Transdev management and client stakeholders.
• Support dispatch operations, lead meetings, and coordinate with teams.
• Participate in Lean/Kaizen and other operational excellence programs.
• Interpret metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with global process standards and drive improvements.
