Job summary

Transdev is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the business unit and act as liaison between client program managers and Transdev staff in New Orleans, LA. You will manage a team of operators, ensure safe and efficient mission delivery, and support client operations with dispatch, scheduling and KPI reporting.

The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and collaboration with management, engineers, and frontline teams. Requires flexibility for various shifts and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Engineering, Operations, or related field degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high safety standards and operate with safety as the primary goal.
• Lead and supervise hourly workforce, coordinate dispatch and client deliverables.
• Coordinate, monitor and supervise subordinates; communicate with management and clients.
• Assist with payroll and career development; conduct safety debriefs.
