Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in Operations leading teams.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee operations of the business unit.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Lead public/customer-facing management and workforce leadership.

Skills

Proficiency with using a touchscreen smartphone

Good written and oral communication skills

Ability to organize and perform work efficiently

Experience with performance metrics and process improvement

Education
