Job summary

Transdev North America is seeking an Operations Manager in Chandler, AZ to act as the operations liaison with clients and internal teams. You will supervise the Dispatch/Operations function, drive program initiatives, and ensure adherence to safety and process standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage shifts and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of operations leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience leading teams, coordinating shifts, and ensuring adherence to processes and safety standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient shift operations.
• Drive special projects and process improvements as assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.
• Coordinate with client staff and Transdev teams, lead meetings, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with global process standards and support Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
• Oversee safety evaluations, driver performance, and conformance to policy.
