Job summary

Transdev North America is seeking a results-driven operations supervisor leader to oversee shift activities and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate with the SOM and client teams, oversee dispatch operations, and help ensure safety and efficiency on daily routes and tests.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders across the client and Transdev teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of operations experience leading teams.
• Preferred: degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field; supervisory experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activity of the Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient shift operation.
• Drive special projects and programs assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.
• Attend client meetings to represent SOM or other managers when needed.
• Communicate clearly with Transdev management and the client.
• Support client operations leadership in dispatch and daily operations management.
• Participate in Lean/Kaizen and other Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Interpret metrics, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
