Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the business unit’s daily operations and to serve as the liaison between the Client’s program managers and Transdev employees.

You will lead a team of operators to ensure efficient and safe delivery of missions. You will be on the ground floor of autonomous driving technology projects, contributing to safer mobility and scalable operations for our client.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent Operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading operations teams and managing safety standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Transdev’s high standard of safety inside and outside the vehicle.
• Operate with safety as the primary goal and manage dispatch operations.
• Act as a liaison between Client program managers and Transdev staff; supervise a team of operators.
• Respond to system emergencies; investigate incidents and prepare reports.
• Lead meetings, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate workforce scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with global process standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
