Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of operations experience leading teams.
• Preferred Education: Degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field is a plus; 2+ years of relevant supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activity of the Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient operation of the shift.
• Drive special projects and programs completion assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.
• Attend client meetings to represent SOM or other managers as needed.
• Communicate clearly with Transdev management and the client.
• Support client’s operations leadership in dispatch management, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Participate in Lean/Kaizen and other Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Interpret metrics, identify opportunities, and implement actions to drive results.
• Ensure site-wide compliance with global standards and continuous improvement.
• Oversee driver safety evaluations and retraining; manage performance-based pay for subordinates.
• Coordinate, monitor, and supervise subordinates; resolve operational/personnel issues.
• Interact with passengers as necessary and respond to unsafe location reports with corrective actions.
• Develop and schedule program work plans; oversee daily operations and priorities.
• Maintain routine records and confidentiality.
