Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee a team of operators, ensure safety and on-time performance, and coordinate with client project managers.

You will act as the liaison between client programs and Transdev teams, driving continuous improvement in operations. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage shifts and emergencies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (and / or equivalent job experience) required.
• 1 year Autonomous Vehicle Operations experience required.
• Experience with program management tools and Google Workspace.
• Experience in vendor relationship management would be a plus.
• Experience leading teams to a successful conclusion.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Transdev’s high standard of safety.
• Deputize for technology and communicate courteously with management, clients, engineers, and the public.
• Record and communicate delays; handle accidents or breakdowns per policy.
• Respond to system emergencies; complete accident reports and safety escalations.
• Monitor and record employee absence and tardiness.
• Lead pre- and post-shift meetings and communicate announcements.
• Support dispatch operations and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversee subordinate activities and relay issues to management with suggestions.
• Ensure compliance to global process standards and drive continuous improvement.
