Job summary

PDS Health seeks an Operations Manager Trainee to gain skills and knowledge to independently run a financially viable dental office. Through the OM Development Program, you’ll learn via structured curriculum, on-the-job practice, and coaching with your supervisor.

The goal is to manage a full office within 4–6 months. You will engage in staff hiring, training, and development, while driving revenue growth and controlling expenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; license verified at hire.
• Must have reliable travel to multiple offices daily.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and uphold PDS standards.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach team members.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, creative solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist oversight.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Maintain cash management and accounting practices.
• Develop and implement office success plans and protocols.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
• Maintain professional appearance and communications with supervisors.
