Job summary

PDS Health seeks an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and independently run a dental office. You’ll progress through a formal development program, gaining hands-on leadership experience while supporting the Owner Dentist. Expect structured coaching, travel between offices, and rapid, accountable growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes staff development, financial stewardship, and adherence to company policies, with the aim of staffing a productive office environment within 4–6 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices per day.
• Preference for Associate or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and promote PDS values daily.
• Hire, train, supervise, coach and develop staff.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, creative solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with the Owner Dentist.
• Drive year over year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Demonstrate cash management and accounting proficiency.
• Develop team and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance feedback.
