Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and independently run a dental office as part of the OM Development Program. You will be mentored by a Regional Manager while developing leadership and business operations skills across clinical and administrative teams.

The role involves hands-on training, travel to multiple offices, and rapid progression to a senior role. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and a structured development plan accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; travel to multiple offices.
• Travel to multiple offices per day; reliable transportation.
• In lieu of license, alternate transportation for required travel.
• Travel may be planned or unplanned.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and values; promote PDS culture daily.
• Assess, hire and retain right-fit team members with training and coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, logical solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model to meet office imperatives with Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Ensure cash management and accounting protocol adherence.
• Develop team and Perfect Patient Experience through leadership and mentoring.
• Communicate openly with supervisors; build trust-based relationships.
