Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn how to independently run a financially viable dental office with our support. You’ll progress through the OM Development Program, guided by a dedicated supervisor, applying skills in daily operations and leadership.

By completing the program in 4–6 months, you will be prepared to lead Front and Back Office teams, drive revenue and manage expenses, while upholding PDS standards and patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five+ years of related operational management experience.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance; travel to multiple offices daily.
• Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
• Alternate transportation acceptable if licensed vehicle not available.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote company culture and values daily.
• Hire, train and coach staff for right-fit performance.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the Operational Model to meet office goals with the Owner Dentist.
• Drive revenue and manage expenses to hit monthly budgets.
• Ensure cash handling and accounting protocol compliance.
• Develop and implement an office success plan and protocols.
