Job summary

PDS Health seeks an Operations Manager Trainee to learn how to independently run a dental office within the OM Development Program. You will be mentored while gaining hands-on leadership experience across Front and Back Office teams.

Upon completion, the role becomes a salaried position. The program emphasizes professional development, compliance, and delivering the Perfect Patient Experience in multiple offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; motor vehicle record check on hire.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices daily.
• Alternate transportation acceptable if license/insurance unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture, values and operating practices.
• Recruit, train, supervise and coach staff.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, creative solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist alignment.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budgets.
• Maintain cash management and accounting protocols.
• Lead team development for the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance feedback to staff.
