Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn how to independently run a dental office within 4–6 months through our OM Development Program. You will work with supervision, complete structured curriculum, and apply on-the-job training to develop leadership and operational skills.

The role requires a high school diploma, travel to multiple offices daily, a valid driver’s license, and strong staff management and financial oversight abilities to drive revenue and control costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
